Observations?  Questions?

Describe some of the most significant things that Manasseh did wrong during his reign?

How would you have likely responded to Manasseh’s repentance?

What is your response to God responding to Manasseh’s repentance by restoring him as King of Judah?  (anger, confusion, joy, etc.)

Where/How does Manasseh’s story fit into God’s redemptive plan?

Application       Reflect on these questions

Who have you withheld forgiveness from because they just went “too far”?

Who do you need to begin praying for that is currently completely resistant to the Gospel?

Does the truth that no one is beyond the reach of God’s love and grace make you angry or joyful?  What does that reveal about you?

What should we do when God’s “formula” doesn’t make sense to us?

How has God disappointed you because you his “formula” turned out differently than what you anticipated?

What step of obedience do you need to take even though you don’t like His “formula”?

In what area do you need to believe that “Your Heavenly Father is > _______________?”

How would your life be different if you really believed that He is?
